Before You Book – What to Expect
Weather & Wind
For everyone’s safety, we do not set up inflatables if sustained winds reach 15 mph or higher, or gusts are forecasted above 20 mph. If conditions become unsafe during your event, we may need to temporarily shut the inflatable down until it’s safe again.
Rain & Oregon Weather
Light mist is usually okay, but heavy rain, lightning, or severe weather will require rescheduling or cancellation for safety. If we cancel due to unsafe weather, your payment can be moved to a new date or refunded according to our weather policy.
Space & Surface Requirements
Each inflatable needs a clear, flat space that’s free of rocks, toys, sticks, and pet waste. Grass is best, but we can also set up on concrete or pavement with proper anchoring. Please double-check measurements before booking!
Power & Outlets
Most inflatables require a GFCI protected dedicated standard household outlet within 50–100 feet of the setup area. If you don’t have power nearby, let us know—generator rentals are available.
Delivery & Setup
We’ll deliver, set up, and secure your inflatable before your event start time, then return to take everything down. Please make sure gates are unlocked and pathways are clear so we can get our equipment through.
Supervision
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times while the inflatable is in use. We’ll go over basic safety rules at setup so everyone can bounce safely and have fun.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Customer-initiated cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to a loss of deposit, but if we cancel for safety/weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or refund your payment.
